How can I book a trip?

Search for a trip on homepage, fill in necessary information, make payment . Thats all !

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

After you made payment you will receive confirmation email with your trip details and confirmation of payment.Unless we contact you with any issues your booking is all good to go.

When will I receive driver details?

12 hours before your trip time.

My flight is delayed , what do I do?

Dont worry your driver will be tracking your flight. Up to 4 hours delay covered in price you already paid. If delayed longer waiting charge might apply.

What if my flight is cancelled?

If cancelled at least 24 hours before your trip you will be fully refunded. If cancelled within 24 hours of your trip there will be no refund to cover drivers loss of time.

How can I make a complaint?

Please send email to info@pickupedinburgh.com with booking number and details of your complaint.

I want to change my booking details. How can I do that?

Up to 24 hours before your trip you can do this yourself by logging into your account on myaccount.pickupedinburgh.com and amending details. If less then 24 hours please message us on our whatssap line +44759 700 4 777 or call us.
